On the QA (quality assurance) page in the Entries module, you can run a test to look for the following issues with entries.
| Issue | Details |
|---|---|
| Duplicate entries | Multiple entries with the same address and form. |
| Missing photos | Entries without any photos. |
| Missing or incorrect locations | Locations with a latitude and longitude of 0 degrees. |
| Illogical damage | Entries where the damage and estimated cost do not make sense. For example, if a structure has an estimated cost of $300,000, but no damage was reported, then either the estimated cost or the damage is most likely incorrect. |
To run quality assurance (QA) tests on entries

Click Run Tests. Entries with issues are displayed below.

Review any entries with issues. You may need to edit or delete these entries.
To edit an entry, on that row, click View. The Entry window opens. Click Edit and edit the fields as needed.
