ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Integration

Crisis Track links with Esri's ArcGIS Online (AGOL) to push real-time data from Crisis Track into AGOL feature services.

After your GIS data has been loaded into your city/county's Crisis Track account, Juvare can also can point the disaster consequence data collected by Crisis Track to your AGOL account.

This provides you with live data in Esri feature services to perform additional analysis or make map products. If you'd like to have this link, Juvare can help you set the feature services up.

Your GIS point of contact needs to either create a named user account for Juvare or invite support@juvare.com as a Publisher to view and edit those feature services.

Juvare can walk you through this if you need help; simply contact support@juvare.com.

If the GIS point of contact would like to create the feature services themselves, Juvare will send a copy of your Crisis Track data as shapefiles. This includes Residential (IA), Public (PA), Commercial (SBA), and Road Closures.

The following is also required:

1. Copy the shapefiles into your organization's ArcGIS Online account and publish each one as a hosted layer. Please make sure these feature services have the following:

   • Enable editing and allow editors to add, update, and delete features.

2. Send Juvare the REST endpoints for each of the six feature services. The URL for each layer can be found in the bottom right corner of the Overview page in ArcGIS Online.

3. If you choose to protect the feature services, please create Juvare a named user account or invite support@juvare.com as a Publisher to view and edit those feature services.

Those REST endpoints will be shared with our developers so they can configure Crisis Track to push data into ArcGIS Online. That's it! Juvare will run a test and it should be ready to go.
