Collecting Data

Data collected can be shared in real time between Crisis Track’s mobile application and desktop (web) application. The application is GIS (geographic information system) based and can automatically capture field user locations via the mobile app.

The application works both on and offline allowing users to download data to the mobile app that can be used when connectivity is limited. Once Wi-Fi or cell service is available, data captured in the field can be uploaded into the cloud with a single click.

Forms used to collect data in the field are aligned with federal, state, and local requirements, and are pre-populated with information from local tax assessor data. Additionally, mobile app users are tracked by their location for safety and accountability.
