Tracking Resources
Using Crisis Track's resource management features on its mobile application can help you track resources, assignments, and time, all of which are needed to complete forms required by FEMA's Public Assistance grants.
This page pertains to the Disaster Management and Emergency Management tiers of functionality.
To check in to the incident

Open the incident and tap Track Resources. The Select Resource Attributes screen appears.

Select Employee for the resource type but do not set an Area of Concern or resource location. Tap Next.

Tap on your name in the list of resources. If you do not appear in the list, tap + then enter your details.
For your title, it's suggested that you put your disaster job description, for example "Damage Assessment Team Leader".

Set your Status to Staged-Available then tap Save.
To view resources

Open the incident and tap Track Resources. The Select Resource Attributes screen appears.

Select either Employee or Equipment for the resource type. If applicable, specify an Area of Concern (AOC) and Resource Location. Tap Next.

View the list of employees or pieces of equipment that are available for the incident, AOC, and resource location.

Tap on any of the entries to update the resource details or status. If an employee or piece of equipment is not listed and it needs to be, tap + to add the employee or asset and fill in the required fields.
Be sure to tap Save to add the resource to the list.
You can also view stats for the incident, AOC, and location by tapping the Stats tab. This includes a list of which employees or equipment are currently in each status.
