This video will train field users how to use the Crisis Track mobile application to conduct damage assessments, including mobile workflows for conducting damage on typical infrastructure types, such as buildings and roadways.

Training will also include steps on how to set up the mobile device to work without internet connectivity.

Console Application Operations Training

This course will train operations planners and managers on how to use the Crisis Track web application to assign, track, and report on the disaster management field operations.

Crisis Track Application Administrator Training

This course will train application administrators on how to set up, organize and manage the Crisis Track account for their organization. Instruction will include how to create and manage users, how to implement Crisis Track security settings, and how the Crisis Track infrastructure data updates occur.

Crisis Track - All Hazards Emergency Management - Console Application Operations Training

This course will train operations planners and managers on how to use the Crisis Track web application to assign, track, and report on the disaster management field operations. The training will include workflows for different stages of an incident including:

  • Setting up an Incident

  • Creating Areas of Concern

  • Viewing real-time operations

  • Performing quality assurance on the results

  • Producing reports and exports
