File Library

The File Library is part of the opt-in features, which are not used by some clients.

The File Library is a repository for the files you want to store and share. With the appropriate access, you can upload, read, write, and modify files, and you can create folders. For more information about access, see File and Folder Access.

File Library and Library

Both the File Library feature and the Library feature can be used to share files. Unlike the Library, the File Library supports any file type and integrates with other opt-in features. However, the Library is still important for associating documents with ICS positions and IRGs. Both features should be used as needed.
