Manage Access to a File or Folder

If you have Modify access, you can identify who has access to read, write, and modify files and folders. Access is assigned as public, or to individual organizations and accounts, and is listed in the Manage Access window. For more information about access types, see File and Folder Access.

To manage access to a file or folder

  1. On the main menu, select File Library. The File Library page opens.

  2. Locate the file or folder and, on that row, click the more icon More icon. The Manage Access window opens.
  3. Perform any of these actions:
