Upload a Logo

Depending on your permissions, you can upload a logo to forms and reports.

To upload a logo

  1. Point to Planning, and in the list, click Facilities. The Facility Administration page opens.

  2. On the left, click the facility name you want to upload a logo to display on forms and reports. Information about that facility opens on the right.

  3. In the General drawer, next to Logo, click Choose File. A pop-up window appears.

  4. Select the file you want to appear as the logo. Click Open.

  5. Click Save.

If both the facility and the domain do not have a logo uploaded, the Juvare logo will be displayed on forms and reports.
