As a Domain Administrator, you can upload a domain logo to be displayed on all facility forms and reports within your domain. PNG and JPEG formats are supported.
To upload a domain logo

On the upper right, click the Settings icon and in the list, click Domain Admin Settings.The Domain Admin Settings page opens.

If it is not already selected, in the Domain Settings for list, select the appropriate domain.

To the right of the Domain Logo section, click Upload. Your browser's file navigation window opens.

Navigate to locate and select the file you want to upload.

Click Open.
If both the facility and the domain do not have a logo uploaded, the Juvare logo will be displayed on forms and reports.
