Event Reports
There are three types of event reports: Event Detail, Event Snapshot, and Events by Template. These reports summarize information and provide insight into events occurring within the specified period.
The Event Detail report shows detailed information about events in a PDF file. For multi-region events, the Event Detail report includes all participating regions and resources.
The Event Snapshot report shows information about a specific point in time during an event, and it can be generated as a PDF file or a spreadsheet file (.xlsx). This report includes a Status Type Summary that summarizes status type data from resources participating in the event. This report only show data from your current region.
The Events by Template report shows the number of times an event has run for each event template in a spreadsheet file (.xlsx). You must have the Event - Maintain Event Templates right to run this report. If you have this right in multiple regions, the report displays a separate tab for the event templates in each of those regions.
