Incoming Patient Notification History
The Incoming Patient Notification History report displays the history of incoming patient notifications.
To generate the Incoming Patient Notification History report
- In the main menu, click Report, then click Incoming Patient Notification History. The Incoming Patient Notification History page opens.

Enter some or all of the filters listed below:

In the From and To fields, enter the date range for the report. The To date cannot be more than 14 days past the From date.

Specify an action, triage category, alert type, status, or incident to narrow the results.

Click Search.

If you need to, you can click Clear All to reset the filters.

If you want to refine the search, enter different criteria and click Search again.

The report displays the action taken, the triage category, the notification time, the alert type, the status of the incoming patient, their gender and age, their destination, the associated incident, the EMS agency, and EMS unit for all incoming patients during the specified report period.
