Edit the Users List

If you are authorized to do so, you can search for users in your region and edit them on the Users List.

Accessed by clicking Setup in the main menu and selecting Users, the Users List page allows you to search by name. Alternatively, you can filter people on the list by selecting whether they are active or inactive, or belong to a Resource Group, Notification Status, Role, or Resource Type. You can also reorder users in the list by clicking any column header.

If selecting Notification Status, you can choose to filter users who have invalid notifications. This displays users whose email addresses, phone numbers, or pager numbers are invalid.

Display of the Invalid Notification column is turned off by default. To enable it, click the Columns button and toggle it in the list.
