EMResource 4.19 Release Notes

Repeating Events

When creating or editing an event on the Event Management page, you can schedule the event to repeat on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. After the event ends, the event will be scheduled to occur again based on the selected frequency.

Promoting Personal Dashboards

On the Dashboards List page, administrators can now promote their personal dashboards to regional dashboards. This allows other people in the region to view them.

Ambulance Summary

The CAD with Aggregation interface, a premium feature, lets you view ambulances at healthcare facilities, ambulances en route to facilities, and patient offload times. If you have this interface, the new Ambulance Summary page is available in the Setup section, and it displays additional data such as ambulance status, location, and arrival time. You can also use this page to change the ambulance status to Available when your CAD system inadvertently misses this update.

Enhancements

  • The Interface Status Summary page now supports data from all interface types and includes a Status column highlighting potential issues.

  • On the Users List page, the Login Email column is wider to accommodate longer email addresses. If an email address is truncated, you can hover over it to view the full address.

  • On the Users List page, when you select multiple users and make a bulk change, those users remain selected after completing the change. When you want to make multiple bulk changes, you no longer need to reselect the users between each change.

Resolutions

  • On the Regional User Contacts page, deactivated users no longer appear.

  • In Excel® reports, a formatting issue related to the Freeze Panes feature in Excel was resolved.
