EMResource 4.42 Release Notes

New Features

Dashboard Updates

A new History button has been introduced for clients who have activated the new dashboard gadgets in their region. It allows users to select a historical date and time, updating all dashboard gadgets to display data for the selected point in time.

This feature was suggested through the Juvare Ideas Portal. We welcome your input to improve our products.

Data loading speed has been improved when drilling down into detailed data within a dashboard gadget for the current time period.

CAD API Additional Field

A new feature has been added to the existing CAD API to calculate the number of ambulances waiting at a hospital for more than 30 minutes. You can work with your Client Success Manager (CSM) to create a new standard status type to recalculate the value every minute for all applicable hospitals.

Admin Notification for Missed or Delayed Automated Data Submissions

Users can subscribe to be notified when an automated data submission has not been received for a configurable period of time. It is available for the CAD, Post Resource Status, and Submit Resource Status APIs.

If you are interested in implementing this feature, please contact your Juvare CSM for more information. You will need to provide the name of your API, the email address that the notification should be delivered to, and the alert hours and minutes - this is the number of hours/minutes that pass without an API call to trigger the notification.

Example If you set the alert to four hours and the API is called at 1 pm, EMResource will send a notification to the specified email address if the API is not called again by 5 pm.

Drag and Drop for Document Library

You can now drag and drop a document from one folder to another in the Document Library.

Role Description

A description field has been added to Roles, allowing you to describe what a role is or does.

Resolutions

  • Resolved an issue where the status type sort order was not retained in Events and the Resource Detail View. The sort order is now saved and applied correctly in both views.

  • Resolved an issue where the color status for numeric status types was not updated correctly during bulk updates.
