View Incident Details

Information about incidents, including details about the incident location, sub-locations, and provider access can be found on the General Information, Incident Sites, and Providers tabs when viewing Active, Pending and Complete incidents.

To view an incident

1. Click the Incidents tab.

2. In the Showing list, identify the status of incidents you want to see by clicking Active and Pending, Active, Pending, Complete, or All.

3. In the list, locate the incident and click its view icon. The incident details window opens with the General Information tab active.

4. Click the General Information, Incident Sites, or Providers tab to view those details.
