Edit a Mobile Provider

Authorized administrators can edit mobile providers A transporting agency, such as EMS organizations and fire departments. at any time. Editing a mobile provider may include editing:

To access the mobile provider information:

  1. On the upper right, click System Settings.

  2. On the left, under Providers, click Mobile Provider . The Mobile Providers page opens.

  3. Locate the provider and click the edit icon. The Edit mobile provider window opens.

  4. If appropriate, edit the Name and/or Description, then continue with the steps in the relevant drop-down headings below.

  5. Save any changes you make.

  1. Click the General Information tab.

  2. Enter or change the Agency number.

  3. Select one or more Labels.

  4. To add a provider phone number:

    1. Click Add Phone Number. A row opens in the table.

    2. Enter the Phone Number.

    3. If appropriate, enter a Description.

    4. Repeat these steps to add another phone number.

  5. To edit provider phone numbers:

    1. Click in the Phone Number or Description column.

    2. Make your changes.

  6. To delete a phone number, click its delete icon.

  1. Click the Location Information tab.

  2. Enter or change the provider's address in the Street Address, City, State, and Postal Code fields.

  3. Verify that the address marker is correctly located on the map. If necessary, drag the marker to reposition it.

  1. Click the Units tab.

  2. Locate any unit that you want to remove from the list and click the delete icon next to it. Deleted mobile providers no longer appear in the drop-down list when filling out patient forms, though they may still be visible in filters and in the manifest report.

    Units cannot be deleted if active patients for this unit are en route.

  3. To add a new unit, click New Vehicle at the bottom of the list and enter the vehicle name/number and a description.

  1. Click the Provider Forms tab.

  2. Select or deselect a checkbox in the list to enable or disabled the form .

  1. Click the Preferred Providers tab.

  2. Select or deselect a list's checkbox to add or remove this provider.
