Summary View Report

Authorized users can generate the Summary View Summarizes patient information by incident, provider facility, mobile provider, and division label. Report, which displays summary information for a particular point in time. Information includes provider facilities A standing facility, which can be a hospital, long-term care facility, or shelter., mobile providers A transporting agency, such as EMS organizations and fire departments., division labels Used to classify and locate specific types of patients., and more.

To generate this report

1. Click the Reports tab.

2. Click Summary View Report. The Set Report Parameters page opens.

3. Select or enter the following dates and times: As Of Date, Start Date, and/or End Date.

4. Select a Summary View.

5. Select the Report Format.

6. Click Run Report. The Generating report window opens.

7. Do you want to generate another report, click Yes or No.
