Accessibility Updates

Accessibility updates have been implemented to improve usability and help meet ADA accessibility requirements.

Driver License Scanning for EMTrack Web

Driver license scanning is now available in EMTrack Web, allowing users to scan and capture participant information directly from a driver license.

Notes for Staged Participant Uploads

Notes can now be added when uploading staged participants using the upload template. The notes remain associated with the participant and are available for viewing if the staged participant is later converted to a patient.

Resolutions

  • Resolved an issue where searching for patients and providers was case sensitive.

  • Resolved an issue where patients were not automatically archived when incidents were archived.

  • Resolved an issue where users received an error message indicating that pages were not loading.

  • Resolved an issue where the last login time for PIN-only users displayed incorrectly when those users were searched.
