These notes describe updates in the EMTrack 6.19 release scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026. More information is available in this help center or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.
New Features
Apply Timestamp Buttons
A new button, Apply Timestamp, is available in the Create and Edit Patient Forms to add the current date and time for the timestamp component. It reduces the manual effort required to enter the date and time for each patient's entry.
This feature was suggested through the Juvare Ideas Portal. We welcome your input to improve our products.
Reports Updated to Display Username
The reports have been updated to display the Username when a user doesn't have a full name. PIN users usually don't have names. If a user has a first or last name, the Name column displays that name.
Add Notes from Detailed Patient Window
It is now possible to add notes for a patient directly from the Detailed Patient Info window. This allows you to quickly view and add patient notes from the dashboard. You must have the Edit Patient Demographics permissions in order to add notes, otherwise you only have view access. There is a 5,000 character limit on the note text field.
Click the Add Note button if no notes have already been added to the patient record, as shown below. Otherwise, click the Notes button that appears in the same location to view existing notes and add new notes.
Resolutions
The Master Search Box is now case-sensitive and supports partial searches. It is a prefix search box that searches for and displays patients' fields that start with the entered prefix.
Example If you search for "Jan" in the Master Search Box, it returns results such as Janice and Janet.
If you search for "Beth" in the Master Search Box, it returns results such as Beth and Bethany, but not Elizabeth.
It has a 200-patient limit. If the limit is crossed, the message “Too many patients in search results. Please refine the search criteria” is displayed, and the patient list is not fetched.
