EMTrack 6.23 Release Notes

Enhancements

Relaxed ETA Requirements

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) requirement has now been relaxed, giving a default ETA value to ensure IPNs are sent. Individual forms can still have a mandatory ETA configured.

  • When the ETA is optional, the Implicit Arrival's Default ETA setting defaults to 45 minutes and is configured as a regional setting. If an ETA is entered, it will take precedence over the default ETA.

  • For the Explicit Arrival setting, the Incoming Patient Notification (IPN) is sent, but will not list a time. If no ETA is set, the IPN is sent automatically. The exception to this is when the patient is uploaded from the mobile app; in this case, the IPN is not sent if it is past the Implicit Arrival Time.

  • For all uploads, there is now a checkbox to Send IPN.

    This Send IPN checkbox is only for a single patient import. It is not a persistent setting.

Performance Improvements

This release contains several maintenance and system performance improvements to improve the overall EMTrack experience for the web application.
