Enhancements

ADA Accessibility Updates

This release contains various updates required to maintain ADA accessibility compliance.

Archiving Patients in Active Incidents

Patients in active incidents are automatically archived after they have not been updated for a specified number of days. The default is 90 days. This setting can only be updated by Juvare staff. If you need to change the default setting, please contact your CSM.

Performance Improvements

This release contains several maintenance and system performance improvements to improve the overall EMTrack experience for the web application.

Help Updates

The EMTrack Help Center now includes in-page glossary terms. Hover over these terms to view a pop-up definition. We welcome your thoughts on this new Help feature; to provide feedback, click the Help Center feedback button on any page to generate an email to the Documentation team.

Resolutions

• Resolved an issue where phone numbers for staged participants did not display correctly.
