Enhancements

• ICS 214 Creation: Added the ability for users to generate ICS 214 forms from the Activity Log view.
  
  

  • Select an operational period to automatically pull the current user’s Activity Log entries into the ICS 214.

    This new ability applies to records created after importing the Event Reporting 1.3 Board.

  • Manually enter resources and activities if needed.

  • Add a signature to the form by drawing directly on the view, typing, or uploading an image.

• The Description field can now be made optional on record update through the Settings view. The field will always be required on record creation.

• A user’s “real name” will be shown in the description history timestamps. If a “real name” is not available, the username will be show in its place.

• Added the ability to post records directly to Significant Events from the Controller Review Display view using the dropdown ellipses.

• Added the ability to remove records from Significant Events from the Controller Review Display view using the dropdown ellipses.

• Adjusted filter pill text color to match other standard boards.

Resolution

Resolved an issue that prevented a calendar picker from appearing when the user attempted to filter the Significant Events dashboard by a date range.

Resolved an issue where disabled checkboxes did not display correctly in dark mode.

Event Reporting 1.2, Event Reporting DS 1.1

Added dark mode capability.

Dark mode must be enabled for your instance so that users can turn it on. See Enable Dark Mode for details.

New Remove Filter

The Remove filter assists with a future release of JAI, Juvare’s AI solution, and excludes records that have been removed from response results. It also ensures deleted records do not display on Maps.

This new filter will have no impact on the functionality of the updated board.

Event Reporting DS 1.0

The Event Reporting DS Board is a new DesignStudio-compatible board for documenting incidents and actions by personnel in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or field. You can use it immediately in Unified Command Platform and then import it into DesignStudio for customization.

You must import the DesignStudio version of this board as a new board instead of overwriting the non-DS version.

Resolved an issue where the map appeared above the navigation bar on mobile devices for the following boards.

• Event Reporting v1.1.1

• Education Event Reporting v1.1.1

• Event Reporting (Healthcare) v1.1.1

• An issue that caused incorrect spacing on the Activity Log in the Created by User, Significant Events, and Controller views was resolved.

• An issue on the dashboard view that caused the bar chart to not render for some clients was resolved.
