The Personnel Staffing Board allows you to create and manage schedules for personnel, site locations, and positions to facilitate the assignment of personnel across incidents and events.
With the personnel component, you can list all individuals available for assignment and track important identifiers (for example, agency, department, and contact information). Meanwhile, the sites component allows you to group schedules by physical location, incident, event, or operational function. At each site, you can have unique positions that can be assigned to personnel when creating a schedule.
A schedule can be created for one or more days, and it can represent a one-time or recurring event. Schedules are viewed on a flexible, searchable calendar that also generates ICS calendar files for import into Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and/or other calendar software.
If your personnel have Unified Command Platform user accounts, they will be able to log in and see their assignments.
