Clone a Request

If you have the correct permissions, you can clone a request. This feature is useful when entering multiple similar requests that differ by the destination organization or agency.

To clone a request, on the Requests/Tasks tab, click the ellipsis on the far right of the record and select Clone Request.

The New Request page opens, prepopulated with the details from the record being cloned.

The Date/Time field is updated to the current date and time, and a new tracking number will be created when the record is saved.

The Assigned to field is also cleared. The cloned request must be assigned.
