View the Dashboard

If you have permissions, you can view the Dashboard tab, which provides an overview of RID data.

This dashboard can be assigned to positions, and it could be the only tab they view on the board. It is particularly useful in providing an overview to administration, command staff, management, jurisdiction officials, or others who only need access to the dashboard.

The dashboard features:

  • A bar graph at the bottom that tallies multiple statuses and displays requests by status.

  • The total cost calculated automatically.

  • Overdue requests.
