Manage Chat Topics
All networks have associated chat topics that are available exclusively to contacts in the member organizations. Anyone in an organization with access to JX Collaborate can view and contribute to the network chat topics.
We recommend that you separate chat topics by relevance. For example, separate chats for specific daily operations and each significant event. This separation of topics keeps the conversation focused.
Through chat topics, anyone can share files. This includes common image (JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP), document (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, and TXT), audio (MP3, WAV, and AAC), video (MP4, AVI, and MOV), and archival (ZIP and RAR) file formats.
You must have Client Admin access to create and archive topics.
