Mark New Data as Read for Boards, Dashboards, Menus, and Maps
When in User View, if new data that has not yet been viewed is available on boards, dashboards, maps, and menus, a red dot displays next to:

The boards, dashboards, menus, or maps icon on the main menu.

The affected board, dashboard, menu, or map on the Boards, Dashboards, Menus, or Maps landing page.
With a single click, you can mark this new data as read, improving focus and reducing clutter during shift transitions or after large data updates. Using this feature, you can:

Avoid visiting each board, dashboard, menu, or map manually.

Quickly reset the new data state to reflect only the most recent updates.

Experience a streamlined, clear, and consistent data display, helping you focus on what matters now, not what changed while you were away.
To mark new data as read

In the top right of the page, click the Mark New Data as Read icon.

In the confirmation dialog, click Yes, Mark Data.
Going forward, new data indicators display for updates that occurred after you clicked this icon.

Using this icon does not affect how other users view new data.

This icon does not mark data as read in the Inbox.
