Preconditions

There are preconditions for each solution that must be completed for the interface to work.

Juvare Exchange Preconditions

JX preconditions are done by a Support Representative at Juvare.

• Clients are added as Participants in JX through their WebEOC Nexus solution

• WebEOC Nexus client is configured to use the Output API feature

• Client’s license is activated

WebEOC Nexus Preconditions

• WebEOC Nexus instance is configured to connect to JX.

• If client-hosted, no network or firewall barriers to receive data from JX exist.

  • If a proxy server is used, confirm that the pull service is configured to use it.

  • Confirm connectivity from webserver by opening browser on webserver and try to access JX URL (https://jx.juvare.com/ui/).

• Integration user available in WebEOC Nexus to use with access to relevant boards.

  • Time zone for the user is set to UTC.
