View All Shared Boards and Incidents

You can view all your shared boards and incidents in two places: for each network on the Networks page, and across your networks on the Data Management tab.

To view all shared boards and incidents in your network

1. In the main menu, click the JX Networks icon . The Networks page opens.

2. Click the row containing the network. The networks detail page opens.

3. Click the Shared Boards or Shared Incidents tab.

To view all shared boards and incidents in all networks

1. In the main menu, click the JX Networks icon . The Networks page opens.

2. Click the Data Management tab and select Shared Boards or Shared Incidents.

3. Expand each row to see networks, subscribers, shared incidents (for boards) and shared boards (for incidents).
