Board Sharing

To use JX board sharing, you must have the board sharing service enabled in your solution. If you do not see components described in the related board sharing procedures, you do not have it enabled. To enable it, contact your Client Success Manager (CSM).

Board sharing allows organizations to share boards across their JX networks. Board sharing ensures everyone stays informed and aligned with board and incident data, making all updates readily visible and easily accessible to everyone involved.

Board sharing works on a publisher-subscriber model. To share a board, you must publish it to the appropriate JX networks, where other organizations can subscribe to it. Conversely, when a board is shared with you, you must subscribe to access it. Publishers can stop sharing a board at any time, and subscribers are free to unsubscribe whenever they choose.

If you share an incident-dependent board, you must also share the associated incident to ensure the organization can access the board's data.
