Alerts
The Alerts plug-In expands on the standard notification channels that are included as part of WebEOC Nexus (email, mobile push, and Inbox) to provide administrators with new communication options.
The Alerts plug-In supports sending notifications via text and voice channels, as well as through configured webhooks (for example, Microsoft Teams or Slack). With these additional notification channels, this plug-in helps you connect with WebEOC Nexus users, other employees in your organization, and external contacts directly on their mobile device, regardless of whether they are logged in to WebEOC Nexus. Further, webhooks makes it possible to share notifications with people who do not have WebEOC Nexus accounts.
The premium notification channels in the Alerts plug-In can be configured to send notifications on board record creation or update, as well as create recurring or one-time scheduled notifications not related to board records.
