WebEOC Fusion 2.2.1 Release Notes

These notes describe an upgrade introduced in the Fusion 2.2.1 release scheduled for Friday, July 26, 2024. More information is available through the help in your solution or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.

This release includes several security enhancements.

Self-hosted clients can access the Fusion 2.2.1 installer through the Help Center. The WebEOC production environment for Juvare-hosted clients will be upgraded to Fusion 2.2.1 on Tuesday, August 6, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

During the upgrade, Fusion synchronization may be unavailable for up to 10 minutes. When the upgrade is complete, all queued messages will be processed. However, due to catchup volume, there may be a slight delay in immediate processing. We encourage you to share this information with administrators and other personnel who might be using your solution.
