WebEOC Nexus 10.12.2 Release Notes

Enhancements

Board refresh with user or position filters: Boards filtered by user or position now refresh automatically when matching records are created, updated, or deleted. This restores expected behavior from earlier versions of WebEOC Nexus.

Resolved duplicate global user IDs: We added a database script to automatically detect and resolve duplicate global user ID values, as some users had the same global ID in the database. This resulted in 401 “Unauthorized” errors in the Inbox and Ad Hoc Alerts. We corrected globalID duplicates and updated each record with its own unique ID to ensure data integrity. We also added a rule on the globaluserid field to prevent future duplication issues.

Improved database column formatting: Improved database to ensure all text fields are updated to a modern format. This change increases consistency and compatibility across all client databases.
Resolutions

Resolved mobile push notification failures: We fixed an issue where push notification delivery failed when a blank device ID was sent to the Juvare Alert Service. Empty device IDs are now filtered out to ensure notifications are delivered reliably.

Resolved Inbox notification failures: We fixed an issue where Inbox notifications failed if a recipient had no primary email (for example, users with an account type of Service). Such users are now excluded from recipient lists, preventing notification errors.
