Board Comments

BoardScript functions GetCounts() and GetCountsByName() return unread and total comment counts for a specific board, view, and record, allowing users to see which comments are unread. See Board Comments Functions for details.

Comment replies now auto-expand after posting, so users can see their comment immediately.

Board builders can customize the comment panel header to display relevant board information. See <commentsbutton> for details.

Users with revoked permissions no longer receive comment notifications on comments they were watching.
Share Links

A new BoardScript.SharedLinks.GetLinkWithParams() function allows generating links programmatically to different boards, views, records, and incidents from a single source. See Share Links Functions for details.

Tabs opened via share links now display names based on their content so that you can differentiate among tabs.

Tabs opened via share links remain open, even after you refresh the page or log out.

Resolutions

Batch PDF multi orientation fix: In previous versions, if a PDF used multiple orientations with the multi value, the orientations were not updated. All sections of the PDF exported in portrait layout. With the fix, PDF exports that use the multi value now correctly render each section in the selected layout.

Incident report feature field fix: In previous versions, if an Incident report contained a feature field, the report did not display any data. With the fix, incident reports with feature fields render as expected.

Incorrect map preview in Board Data Manager: Map preview now works when importing data into Board Data Manager.

Custom dashboards display maps incorrectly: If you opened a custom dashboard that had an empty section, in previous versions, a map displayed. Now, empty layout sections in custom dashboards do not display maps.

Juvare Exchange multifileinput issue: When using Juvare Exchange, if you used a board with the multiplefileinput field, attempting to save the board resulted in a SQL error 8169. With the fix, this error no longer displays.
ArcGIS Extension Resolutions

ArcGIS Extension feature service configuration issue: When adding a feature service based on an existing feature service, only the first 1000 items displayed for selection in the Feature Service Name field. With the fix, all existing services are available for selection when creating a feature service.

Feature layer description limit: When adding an existing feature service, if the description was longer than 500 characters, an error displayed. With the fix, there is no longer a character limit for the description.

Bidirectional Sync checkbox issue: When adding a feature service using an existing service, the Bidirectional Sync checkbox displayed as disabled on the Incidents page. However, if you navigated to the next step in the wizard then back to the Incidents page, the checkbox then displayed as enabled. The checkbox now remains disabled when creating a feature service based on an existing service.
