Quick Actions

Administrators can enable these widgets on user homepages, configure up to three Quick Actions by entering links and information, and customize their appearance with icon choices and shortcut color options.

Contacts

  • New Design: Redesigned tables and improved filtering options enhance the usability and navigation of contact management features.

  • Advanced Search: This new feature supports conditional filters and partial word searches, making it easier to locate specific accounts.

  • Toolbar Enhancements: The updated toolbar enables quick actions such as exporting, changing statuses, and adding multiple accounts to groups or organizations.

Ad Hoc Alerts

  • New Design: Redesigned tables and improved filtering options enhance the usability and navigation of Ad Hoc Alerts.
  • Advanced Search: When creating a notification, Advanced Search is now available to help you locate and select recipients using conditional filters and partial word searches.

Email Notification Routing

Notifications sent through Ad Hoc Alerts and Board Notifications are now directed to the account's Contact Email, replacing the previous method of using the login email address.

Maps

Mapping Manager

  • Preconfigured Maps: New preconfigured map types allow you to import WebMaps (2D) and WebScenes (3D).

  • 3D Scene Layer: A new Scene Layer allows you to import three-dimensional scenes using your Esri scene ID.

  • OAuth authentication: Support for OAuth authentication is now available for Esri Map Service and Esri Feature Service layers. After selecting either of these layers, administrators can enter OAuth credentials in the Admin Area, under Mapping > Layers.

  • Enhanced Search: A new search field in the preview area helps administrators find locations while setting the default map zoom.

Maps

  • New Tool Panel: Located on the right side of the map, this panel consolidates the search and annotation tools previously located around the map's borders.

  • Measurement Tool: A new tool for measuring distances and areas is now available in the Tool Panel.

  • Opacity Control: A new control for adjusting the default opacity settings of layers, annotations, and board data is now available, and users can personalize the opacity of these items.

  • Enhanced Search: In addition to the Geo Search, you can now search on layers to locate board data.

Self-Service Portal

The new Self-Service Portal is a dedicated platform that empowers contacts who are not regular users to independently manage their contact details and organizational affiliations, which are essential for receiving notifications.

After being invited by a WebEOC Nexus administrator, contacts receive an email leading them to complete the registration process and create a secure password. They are then directed to the portal to finalize their information and manage their organizational requests.

Contacts can access the Self-Service Portal at any time to update their information, join or leave organizations, or adjust their notification preferences.

Admin Area Updates

  • Profile Name Restrictions: In the Admin Area, a new checkbox on the System > Settings > Security Options page allows administrators to prohibit users from updating their first and last names on their profile, as required for some Juvare Login Services implementations.

  • Moved Juvare Exchange Option: In the Admin Area, the option to enable Juvare Exchange was relocated from the System tab to System > Settings > Services.

  • JX Collaborate User Group Configuration: A new page, JX Collaborate User Groups, is now available in the Admin Area > Users for configuring user groups.

Enhancements

  • User Export: Administrators can now export users to a comma-separated values (CSV) file, complementing the existing Import feature.

  • Duplicate Column Validation: A new validation step in the Reporter prevents the selection of duplicate columns when creating Microsoft® Excel reports.

  • Standardized ISO Date Formats: The handling of ISO date formats has been standardized to ensure consistent processing of date-related information.

Resolutions

  • Homepage Enhancements: An issue that caused homepage modifications to be cleared when a position was selected has been resolved. Additionally, improved error messaging now clearly communicates issues when saving a homepage under an existing name.

  • Essential Boards: Minor issues affecting the Essential Boards widget have been resolved.

  • Board Details Access: You can now open board details without timeouts, even when accessing many records.

  • Fusion Subscription Boards: An issue with the conversion of Fusion Subscription Boards has been resolved.

  • Board View Filters: Filters now require unique names; additionally, board import processes include validation to ensure all filter names are unique.

  • Map Layer Labels: Labels on map layers are now correctly displayed in the layer list, enhancing clarity and usability.
