WebEOC Nexus 10.5 Release Notes

Ad Hoc Alerts

Launch Ad Hoc Alerts from Boards: Ad Hoc Alerts with board data can be sent from a board. When a record is created or updated in a configured board, a new checkbox is available that automatically opens a predefined template in Ad Hoc Alerts. From Ad Hoc Alerts, you can review and send the notification. This feature requires WebEOC Nexus 10.5, WebEOC Nexus SaaS 2.5, and Ad Hoc Alerts. New HTML Tags

Open Ad Hoc Alerts from Boards

Board builders can now add a new <openAdhocNotificationTemplate> tag to their Input view that renders a checkbox or drop-down list on a board record. This checkbox or drop-down list opens predefined Ad Hoc Alerts templates that contain board data.

View Ad Hoc Alerts Sent from Boards

Board builders can now add a new <showSentAdhocNotifications> tag to Input or Display views that renders a button that displays the Ad Hoc Alerts sent from a board using the <openAdhocNotificationTemplate> tag.

Other Enhancements

  • Dark Mode: Admins can enable a dark theme for WebEOC Nexus. This experimental feature can be enabled in the Miscellaneous Options area at Admin Area > System > Configuration > General.

  • Notifications: The right panel no longer slides open to display notification details. To view notification details, from the notification list, select the notification. Details display to the right of the list.

  • Contacts: The Account Type column no longer appears in the downloaded spreadsheet when you export user information. Account types can only be changed in the Admin Area.

  • Shelters Board: Compatibility improvements were introduced.

Mobile Enhancements and Resolutions

  • Mobile Sessions: Sessions can now be extended for up to five days. To extend your mobile sessions, please open a support ticket.

  • PDFs: Resolved an issue where PDFs were not exporting correctly.

Other Resolutions

  • Essential Boards: Resolved an issue with Essential Boards on homepages that caused a permissions error when users clicked the Go To Board link.

  • Menus: Resolved an issue where menus were duplicated when a user was assigned to them more than once.
