WebEOC Nexus Lifecycle Policy

The WebEOC Nexus lifecycle policy provides 12 months of maintenance for all version releases.

Plug-ins and feature services may have different lifecycles, with 9 to 12 months’ notice given before their retirement. As services approach the end of their lifecycle, they are added to this page. Clients are also notified via email as the end-of-support date approaches.

We strongly encourage migrating to the latest version or replacement solution as soon as possible. Once retired, plug-ins and feature services are no longer developed, updated for security or non-security issues, or supported and will eventually be removed from WebEOC Nexus.
