Delivery Order

You can send notifications all at the same time, or you can send groups of notifications in phases based on their delivery method when you create a notification.

These are the delivery order options.

• Blast: Sends notifications via all delivery methods at the same time.

• Escalation: Sends notifications to one delivery method at a time, according to the escalation order. These are some additional considerations.

  • This option is active when you select at least two delivery methods.

  • To avoid delivering unnecessary notifications, responses must be allowed when you choose this option. When recipients respond, no more notifications are sent to them.

  • The Escalation Order determines how much time the solution waits to deliver a notification via text or voice after delivering the notification via any other method.
