Delivery Order
You can send notifications all at the same time, or you can send groups of notifications in phases based on their delivery method when you create a notification.
These are the delivery order options.

Blast: Sends notifications via all selected delivery methods at the same time.

Escalation: Sends the notification immediately to the selected delivery methods except Text and Voice. If the recipient does not respond, the notification escalates to Text and then to Voice.

When you select Escalation, the system sends the notification in the following order:

The notification is sent immediately to all selected delivery methods except Text and Voice. For example, it can be sent to Inbox, Email, Pager, or other selected methods.

If the recipient does not respond within the configured time, the notification is sent by Text.

If the recipient still does not respond within the configured time, the notification is sent by Voice.
The system does not support a separate delay for every delivery method. You can configure delays only for the Text and Voice escalation steps.
