Ad Hoc Alerts

Premium Feature Premium feature

Use the Ad Hoc Alerts plug-in to connect with WebEOC Nexus users, other employees in your organization, community partners, and stakeholders. Ad Hoc Alerts are a type of notification delivered through email and Inbox messages. Other delivery methods, including text and voice messages, can be set up if you purchase the Alerts plug-in. When you create Ad Hoc Alerts, you send the notification through one or more of these methods.

Premium Feature Fax, pager, text and voice delivery methods can be added.

When you receive Ad Hoc Alerts that are sent internally through WebEOC Nexus, they appear in your Inbox. Ad Hoc Alerts you send to other people are stored in your Sent folder. By default, Ad Hoc Alerts are listed in chronological order with the most recent Ad Hoc Alert at the top. Each sent Ad Hoc Alert contains detailed information about delivery statuses and recipient responses.

To improve the handling of undeliverable emails, your solution collects the email addresses of recipients who mark notifications as spam, report abuse, or have invalid addresses. These addresses are blocked from receiving notifications and are marked as spam, unsubscribed, or invalid.

Templates and Polls

Ad Hoc Alerts can be created from scratch or using templates that streamline the process. Likewise, Ad Hoc Alerts can be configured with polls that allow recipients to respond using preconfigured answers, enabling you to group and analyze responses as they are received. Sent Ad Hoc Alerts, along with the associated details, responses, and reports, are available for review at any time.
