Delivery and Response Report

To gather sent alert statistics, download the Delivery and Response Report.

To download the report

  1. Select the Alerts icon in the main menu.

  2. Select the alert you wish to view.

  3. On the right side of the opened alert, click the Delivery and Response CSV Report icon.

  4. Choose to save the report either to your computer or to the File Library.

  5. Open the saved file.

If your domain's mailing service doesn't send Delivery Status Notifications or bounce messages, the message will not show as delivered in the delivery status. It will show as "in progress" until the expiration period is reached, at which point it will show as "failed".

The report contains the following columns.

Columns on the Delivery and Response report
Column Description
Recipient Recipient's first and last names .
Recipient ID Recipient login email, which is a unique identifier for the recipient.
Date and Time The timestamp indicating when the notification was sent to the recipient.
Status

Status of notification. Values are:

  • Sent

  • Responded

  • Created (voice call attempt)

  • Failed

All voice call attempts are displayed inthe CSV report.

Status Message Explanation message of status. See Status Message Examples below.
Delivery Method The channels through which the notification was sent (for example, email, voice, text).
Member of (Group/Organization) The organization or group the recipient belongs to.
Addresses The channel addresses used for sending the notification: Email, voice, text, fax, Pager, Inbox.
Response The content of the recipient's response.
Response Date and Time The timestamp indicating when the response was received.
Response Address

The address from which the response was received.
