When you do not have time to complete an alert, you can save it as a draft. Draft alerts are stored in the Drafts tab. They can be searched, edited, or deleted.

To edit a draft alert

  1. Open alerts.

  2. On the Drafts tab, locate the draft to edit.

  3. On that row, click the pencil icon. The Edit Notification page opens.

  4. Add, update, or delete the Delivery, Message, and Recipient fields. For details, see Create alerts.

  5. Before you review, on the upper right, click Save.

  6. Select one of these options:

    • Save Draft Changes to update the draft.

    • Save as New Draft to create a new draft.

    • Save as New Template to create a template, enter a Title, and select the Icon, Color, and whether to pin the template. Then, click Save.

To delete a draft alert

  1. Open alerts.
  2. On the Drafts tab, locate the draft you want to delete.

  3. On that row, click the trash icon.

  4. In the Delete Draft? window, click Delete to confirm.
