Notification Summary Report
To view details about the notification, download the Notification Summary Report.
To download the report

Select the Alerts icon in the main menu.

Select the alert you wish to view.

On the right side of the opened alert, click the Notification Summary Report icon.

Choose to save the report either to your computer or to Documents.

Open the saved file.
If your domain's mailing service doesn't send Delivery Status Notifications or bounce messages, the message will not show as delivered in the delivery status. It will show as "in progress" until the expiration period is reached, at which point it will show as "failed".
The report contains the following columns.

| Recipient Statistics – All Recipients | |
| Delivery Status |
Displays the delivery status of the notification. Options are:

| Recipient Count | The number of recipients with each delivery status |
| Percent | The percentage of notifications in each delivery status |
| Responses – Contacted Recipients | |
| Response options | Recipient responses, set when the notification is created in the Responses section on the Enter Message step. Options can be customized. |
| Recipient Count | Number of recipients who sent each response. |
| Percent | Percentage of recipients who sent each response |
| Responses Over Time – Contacted Recipients | |
| Individual Response Statistics | Options for the time elapsed between the notification being sent and the recipient responding. |
| Total | Total number of recipients that responded for each response time |
| Percent | Percent of recipients who responded over each period. |
| Recipients Statistics – By Affiliation | |
| Recipient Affiliation |
Lists the user’s affiliation that included them as a recipient to the notification. Recipients can receive notificaztion because they are:

| Recipient Count | Recipient count per affiliation |
| Delivered: No Response | Count of recipients who did not respond from any channel |
| Responded | Count of recipients who responded |
| Failed | Count of recipients who were not contacted because all methods to contact them failed. |
