Record an Audio Message

Offering a faster route to create voice messages, you can record the audio for Ad Hoc Alerts voice messages, responses, and instructions.

• Create Ad Hoc Alerts

• Create Ad Hoc Alerts templates

To record audio messages, responses, and instructions

1. When creating Ad Hoc Alerts or templates, for Voice Message, click Record Audio Message.

2. Click one of these options to open the Record window.

   • + Record Message

   • + Record Response

   • + Record Instruction

3. To begin recording, click the microphone icon.

4. When you are finished recording, click the stop icon.

5. To replace the recording with a new one, click Record Again.

6. To use the recording, click Save.

After you save a recording, on that row you can:

• Replace it with a new recording by clicking the microphone icon.

• Listen to the recording by clicking the play icon.

• Delete the recording by clicking the trash icon.
