Navigate the WebEOC Nexus User Help Center

The WebEOC Nexus User Help Center contains the following sections:

  • Get Started: Pages related to navigation, logging in, searching, and account maintenance.

  • Boards Management: Pages related to board views, board types, opening boards, and importing and exporting board data.

  • Boards List: A list of boards and links to topics with more details about each board.

  • Mapping: Pages related to standard map functionality, the Maps add-on, and the standalone solution MapTac, which uses static map images to publish an image file of a map, dispersion model, digital photo, or other item from a map, GIS, or digital camera.

  • Documents: Pages describing storing, managing, and sharing files within the file library.

  • Menus: A page describing menus and how they are accessed.

  • Master Views: A page detailing how to combine multiple incidents into one common view.

  • Notifications: Pages related to notifications, including the Inbox, where notifications are received, contacts and accounts, notification groups, organizations, and alerts.

  • JX Collaborate: Pages detailing the JX Collaborate network, which helps you connect with other members of the Juvare Community. The network is comprised of Juvare clients who organize into clusters to foster collaboration across agencies, departments, and organizations through chat, board-sharing, and file-sharing solutions. Additional opportunities exist with JX Analyze (reporting) and JX Connect (plug-ins).

  • Juvare Support: Juvare Support Center contact information and a link to enter a support ticket.
