Request Help for a Locked Account

Your WebEOC Nexus administrator can set a limit on the number of unsuccessful login attempts allowed before your account is locked. If you exceed that limit, this error message displays:

Locked out message

If you see this message, contact your organization’s WebEOC Nexus administrator to unlock your account.

The Juvare Support Center cannot unlock your user account. You must contact your WebEOC Nexus Administrator to perform this task.
