Update Your Profile Information
Your administrator may allow you to change your profile information on your User Account page.
To change your profile information

Open your profile menu in the top right.

In the profile menu, click your name.

On the User Account page, modify the fields as needed.
The fields that you are allowed to update are set by your administrator.
Profile information that may be updated Field Description User Name
The name you use to log on to WebEOC Nexus. Your username is configured by your administrator and you cannot edit it.
Old Password If your system is configured to allow you to update your password, enter your current password. New Password If your system is configured to allow you to update your password, enter your new password. Confirm Password If your system is configured to allow you to update your password, enter your new password again. Primary Email
The email account where you receive and retrieve notifications. For example, aaa@aa.com.
This setting cannot be updated.
Secondary Email
Additional email accounts where you can receive and retrieve notifications. For example, aaa@aa.com.

To add an additional email, click the add icon
to add the address to the list of emails. Repeat this step if you want to add more email addresses to your account.

To remove an email from the list of additional emails, click the email address and then click the delete icon
.
Locale Select the Override Server Locale checkbox if your locale is different from the one set on the server. Your administrator sets the default locale format at the server level.
You must select this checkbox if you want to set your language.
Language
This field is not labeled.
The language in which your user interface content appears. The WebEOC Nexus user interface (UI) appears in English by default. However, you can change the language in the interface, such as labels, links, and messages, as well as how some board and menu options appear.
WebEOC Nexus supports multiple languages and locales.
For example, if you select French (Canada):

The user interface displays text in French

Canadian locale settings are used (for example, date format DD/MM/YYYY, number formatting, currency symbols, etc.)
You must select the Override Server Locale checkbox to select a language.
Time Zone
The time zone that is used for your UI display.

To select a time zone, select an available time zone from the dropdown list.

If the time zone uses Daylight Savings Time (DST), select the checkbox below the list.
The time zone is set at the server level by your administrator. If you want to override the default format with the one you select in the dropdown list, select the Override Server Default Time Zone checkbox.
Additional Information
A section that contains additional profile information.
Real Name
Your full name.
First Name
Your first name.
Last Name
Your last name.
Location Where you are located,
Office Phone
Your office phone number.
Office Phone Channels Select the appropriate checkbox for Text or Voice. Mobile Phone
Your cell phone number.
If you enter an Office Phone and a Mobile Phone number, select Default for the one that you wish to use as a contact number (for messages and notifications).
Mobile Phone Channels Select the appropriate checkbox for Text or Voice. Department
The name of your department.
Organization
The name of the work organization to which you belong.
Supervisor
Your supervisor's name.
Attachment
Any file that you want to attach to your account (for example, a profile photo).
Comments
Additional notes that describe your account.
