Inbox
The Inbox provides a central repository for reviewing, organizing, and responding to internal notifications you receive through WebEOC Nexus.
Inbox notifications are accessible through your Inbox, on the web, and your mobile app. When you use the mobile app, push notifications indicate when a new Inbox notification is received from Ad Hoc Alerts or boards.
In Nexus, the notification icon for the Inbox is located on the Top bar.
When you receive a notification, the icon displays the number of notifications you received . Click the icon to open the Inbox. After you open a notification and its details display, the number next to the Inbox icon will decrement by one. By default, Inbox notifications are presented in reverse chronological order, but you can filter and sort notifications as needed.
Other actions you can do in the Inbox include:

Click a URL link that displays the details that triggered the notification to be sent.

Archive or restore archived notifications.

Respond to notification polls.

Mobile access to the Inbox requires WebEOC Nexus Mobile 3.0 and later.

Configuration is required. Contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) at Juvare to enable the Inbox.
