Add Preconfigured Teams

In the Preconfigured Teams module, you can add preconfigured teams to reuse across multiple incidents.

  1. On the upper left, click New. The Create Team window appears.

  2. Enter the information for the following fields:

    • Name: Create a name for the new preconfigured team.

    • Department: Use the list menu to select the department to which the preconfigured team belongs.

    • Notes: Describe the nature of the preconfigured team. For example, the notes could describe the task they will be completing or a territory.

    • Employees: Add any employees that should be assigned to this preconfigured team.

    • Equipment: Add any equipment that should be assigned to this preconfigured team.

    • Group: Select the group into which this preconfigured team will be placed. This is useful for organizing teams, especially if you have an extensive team list.

  3. Click Save.
