Forgotten Username or Password

If you forget either your username or password, navigate to the Crisis Track login screen, and click either the Forgot User Name? or Forgot Password? buttons.

• For a forgotten username, enter the email address associated with your account and click Send. An email detailing your username will be sent to your email.

  

• For a forgotten password, enter your username and click Send. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. To reset your password, follow the steps in the Log In page, as you did for setting a new password when you first accessed Crisis Track.
