Forgotten Username or Password

If you forget your username or password, navigate to the Crisis Track login screen, and click either the Forgot User Name? or Forgot Password? buttons.

• For a forgotten username, enter the email address associated with your account Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. and click Send. An email detailing your username will be sent to your email.

  

• For a forgotten password, enter your username and click Send. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. To reset your password, follow the steps in the Log In page, as you did for setting a new password when you first accessed Crisis Track.
